most orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt.
Actual cost of shipping will be added to every invoice.
Shipping & handling charges displayed in the shopping cart are estimated and subject to change.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by Clay Spirit Studio  kevin@clayspirit.com

All returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
All returns must be received by us in the condition they were sent in order to receive credit.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs unless authorized by Clay Spirit Studio.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt in order to receive credit for the items to kevin@clayspirit.com
There will be a 15% restocking fee for items returns that were not due to an error on our part.
